I’m a Brazilian creative with a passion for innovation, entertainment, storytelling, arts, and guess what? Advertising.

I started my career 15 years ago in the Northeast of Brazil, a region with more beaches than advertising agencies. So, I decided to move to São Paulo. My whole family asked me Why? And all I could answer was, why not? Luckily, I was introduced to great mentors who then became great friends. And, faster than I could ever imagine, I was working at Africa DDB – where I won my first lion.

In 2015, I accepted an offer from Impact BBDO Dubai. I was excited. My mom was questioning my sanity. There, I worked as Senior Art Director and Associate Creative Director, leading creative campaigns for brands like Pepsi, Snickers, 7UP, KFC, and Johnson & Johnson. And won my second lion.

When I was about to buy a camel, life brought me back to Brazil. Luckily (again), I had the chance to restart at the legendary DM9DDB, where I worked for McDonald’s and Itaú Bank for nearly two years.

That was followed by a cool stint at Leo Burnett Brazil as the main Art Director on Fiat. Seven months later, although I was having lots of fun, I got one of those emails that you can't say no to. Time to pack again! Destination: Mullenlowe, Boston.

If you’ve read this far, you already know my mom. She said my coats wouldn’t be enough. And she was damn right. I was now freezing and working as ACD across many clients, like Burger King and Jetblue.

After three years, I had earned over 30 international awards and three new passions: mixology, Celtics, and a dog called Chuvisco. I didn’t win my third lion, but I won my first D&Ad pencil - which is cooler, according to Adland.

All right, let’s pack one more time. New York, here we go! In December 2021, I joined The Community NY as Associate Creative Director on Diageo, Volkswagen, Netflix, and Oreo. It was an incredible ride — I worked with some of the best people I’ve ever met and brought home multiple awards along the way.

And now, plot twist: I’m going in-house. Yep, I’ve just joined DoorDash, doing it with fewer pitches and more purpose.

My goal remains the same: to do remarkable work with nice people, especially those who love crafting ideas as much as I do. I still believe that great projects only come to life when you put your heart and hard work into them.
